We've brought together some of our favourite online courses celebrating British food, from the kitchens of some of the UK's top restaurants, including Heston Blumenthal's The Hinds Head, to Paul A Young's London chocolate shop, and down to River Cottage in the heart of Dorset.

The Pie Shop - Tom Morrell

River Cottage's youngest chef and tutor Tom Morrell teaches The Pie Shop. You'll learn how to create pastry and pies - the River Cottage way.
