Hello,

I've just started growing some herbs in my kitchen and they're totally covered in white fly. People say I should spray them but I'm a bit nervous about doing that. Is this the right thing to do?

Oh no, I had this too! My coriander went from lovely and healthy to ravaged by white fly within a couple of days! Would love to know this too, I don't like using anything chemical at all, would be great to hear about any natural products that are safe - keeping an eye on my basil as I type... ;)
