Oh I love these! I am always trying to get additional light in our garden, mostly using solar lights due to not having electricity in the garden. Has anyone had success with solar lights having similar effects to the pics shared by Elspeth?

Hi Becca and Elspeth. Good question about solar lighting - there is so much on sale out there! However lots of the cheap, mass market solar lights are really disposable items; little more than the glow sticks you might take to a festival. The one I've had great success with is a more substantial item from the solar centre http://www.thesolarcentre.co.uk/products…. It gives good light, lasts all night and works in winter and summer. The best thing about it is that you can adjust the temperature of the light to warm it - I hate that hard blue light that so many solar lights give. Take a look. Andy
