Hello every one.

i have just completed my first course gardening for wild life. i would defiantly recommend the course to others.

What course are you doing at the moment? What courses have you done? and what courses are you going to do next?

Hi Andrew! These courses are very good aren't they? I have done the wildlife one too. Also roses, climbers and clematis, lawn expert and hand rendering. There is so much information and guidance in all of them. I wish I had done the hand rendering one earlier to assist with creating better assignment drawings but you live and learn hey?!! Good luck with your studying. Gayle

Hi, I finished 'History of Garden Design' a while ago and found it interesting BUT only 2 hours of actual teaching material. The course was held over 4 weeks with a half hour video each week. This was followed by half hour of reading which was a repeat of the video. I felt it was expensive considering what was supplied.

Hi Pam. I have not been on 'History of Garden Design' but have participated in many of the other courses including Lawn Expert, Gardening for Wildlife, Rose Expert, Clematis & Climbers Expert, Bulbs, Hand Rendering for Landscape, Shrubs etc. To me, the video lectures are a starting point to learning; the reading literature (lesson notes) are a back up to the video so that you can assimilate more fully the detail, including plant names in preparation for assignments. I have always received 1-2-1 bespoke feedback from the experts upon completion of assignments. When I have asked further questions a reply was received answering my queries directly. The cost for the courses reflects the month of time you can speak on an individual basis with experts which I have found to be very rewarding. Pam I hope this helps you.
