Organic Autumn Lawn Feed

I have been using this fabulous organic feed for plants and the lawn all summer, but not sure that it is suitable for an autumn lawn feed.  I've been reading about how important it is to use an autumn-specific lawn feed (that is not a high-nitrogen fertiliser) to boost root growth.  Unfortunately, the Maxicrop packaging does not give much information away as to content.  Can you tell me if this is suitable for an autumn lawn feed, and if not, recommend a suitable organic alternative?  Thank you in advance.  Gayle
