Planting Design from Hunting Brook Gardens (Spring & Early Summer)
Jimi Blake
Jimi Blake teaches you how to use planting design to create colourful gardens throughout the year.
Taught from his famous Hunting Brook Gardens in Ireland Jimi will look at which colourful plants can bridge the gap from spring to summer.
You’ll learn how to create an exotic garden even in a cool climate, how to create a sand garden (and which plants to include) and how to combine plants for maximum impact.
In the second course in the collection Jimi will look at dahlias and salvias, how to bridge the seasons between summer and autumn, using leaves and foliage and how to plan your garden for next year.
As you learn you'll be planning your garden with Jimi - working out how to fill gaps, create colour, change areas of your garden to create more interest.
Jimi will discuss some of his favourite plants and how they serve different purposes in different areas of the garden.
