See www.elspeth.tumblr.com.   Information for Tutors   Requirements To become a MyPhotoSchool Tutor, you must already have work published.  We’re looking to lead the field in online teaching, so are recruiting only the industry’s best talent to reach our global audience.   The Opportunity This opportunity enables you to publish your work, through one of the world’s first online photo schools for enthusiasts, using the latest multi-media technology.  This is a revenue share model, to ensure that each lecturer benefits directly from sharing their work.  The volume of courses sold is totally dependent on the demand from students, so it’s the students who are really deciding how successful you are based on the relevance of your content.   MyPhotoSchool will actively market copies of your book/s for sale via Amazon through your course/s.  Tutors will also be encouraged to advertise their own courses using their own marketing avenues.  Further down the line, there may be additional opportunities for tutors to expand their partnership with MyPhotoSchool through lecture tours and photographic holidays.   The Courses Each course is taken over a period of four weeks and costs £100-00 + VAT.  After each lecture (via video tutorial), students are set short photo assignments which are uploaded to the online gallery www.my-photo-school.com  (site under development; not public yet) where it is accessed by the tutor and marked.  For further information see our sister site MyGardenSchool, live since April 2011   Contracts When you have agreed to participate we will prepare you a copy of the partnership/revenue share contract to be signed prior to the course being marketed.   Timescale & Next Steps  www.my-photo-school.com goes live in Octoberr 2011 with a ‘soft launch’ and starts offering courses in Spring 2012.  If this is of interest, we would be keen to discuss when you could fit this in to you busy schedule, but are very flexible on timings and are very happy to work around you.
