Scallops and Lobster by Ormer, Mayfair

During this course you will learn how to create a delicate butternut squash veloute, with Thai Green curry foam and shortbread biscuit, followed by scallops adorned with coconut, carrot, lobster butter sauce and roe You will then meet Ormer’s top sommelier, who will take you through the wine pairings.

Heston's Duck and Triple-Cooked Chips

During this course, you will learn to cook a duck and beetroot barley, a vegetarian/vegan alternative and finish off with Heston’s infamous triple-cooked chips. A dish that you can recreate time and time again. You will also have been taken through possible wine pairings so that you can take in a little wine knowledge!

@nibblingldn whipped up this lovely duck and beetroot barley dish. She made a fragrant brine to cure the duck breast, some acidulated butter, beetroot barley risotto, pickled beetroot cubes, duck sauce and blanches baby turnips. YUM.

Raymond Blanc's Le Café Crème by Le Manoir

In this course you will learn to make Raymond Blanc’s infamous Café Crème and the chocolate coffee cup that you will present it in, to your astonished and then delighted, friends and family.

@shotbykoray gave this dish a good go and we were so impressed with the result. He described it as easily one of the most intricate dishes he'd ever had to make, but it was broken down into simple steps which allowed him to come a masterful chef patissier in his own home!
