The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) made its internationally recognised qualifications available through education providers to reach a wider global audience. The challenge was to expand access without compromising the quality, rigour, or prestigious reputation associated with RHS Education. Demand for flexible and accessible study was growing, but course delivery still needed to reflect the expert-led depth and strong learner outcomes traditionally found in UK land-based colleges.

The brief focused on creating a scalable digital learning model that could support 1000s of learners of varying experience, confidence, and ability while retaining the enjoyment, sense of achievement, and trusted standards that define the RHS experience. It was also imperative that the transition to digital learning protected and upheld the RHS brand at every stage.
